This Calamity is the alias of Martyn Crocker, an Estonian ambient artist. The project is associated with a sound built around driving acoustic guitars, piano flourishes and emotive vocal melodies, and it also sits within tags including love, acoustic, indie, hard rock and progressive.

Releases and activity

The debut EP, Animals, is made available as a free download. The project also issues a first music video for the song “Moving Away”. That track appears on the second EP, I'll Paint You A Picture If You Promise To Put It Up.
