Theophilus

Theophilus London is a Trinidad-born American artist associated with alternative hip hop and electropop, with hip hop and electronic elements running through his work. He is based in Brooklyn, New York, and performs with Chauffeur. He is linked to the labels Theophilus London Designee and Independent Co.

Early releases

London releases his debut mixtape, JAM!, in 2008. A year later, he works with MachineDrum on This Charming Mixtape, which helps him reach a wider audience. In 2010 he issues I Want You, a mixtape built around covers of classic songs.
