Then Comes Silence

Then Comes Silence

Then Comes Silence is a Stockholm group active since 2012. The band centres on H. Zombie, Mattias Ruejas Jonson and Alex Svenson, and works within gothic rock and post-punk, with its sound also linked to goth, shoegaze and noiserock.

Their music is shaped by themes of death, doom, spiritualism and corruption. They combine distorted, effect-heavy guitars with a loud, cathartic approach, and their sound also draws on psychedelia. The result is a dark style that sits between goth atmosphere and post-punk drive.
