Thee Sinseers

Thee Sinseers are a Los Angeles R&B and soul group led by multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer-songwriter Joseph Quiñones. The band includes a full rhythm section and brass section, and is associated with a new generation of groups drawing on the linked lowrider and soul scenes that emerge in Chicano communities in Los Angeles in the 1950s.

Releases and label work

Thee Sinseers are part of the Colemine Records family. They release their first singles, “It Was Only A Dream” and “I Don’t Mind”, in 2019, followed by the full-length album Sinseerly Yours. Their song “Seems Like” also appears on the first Presenting Penrose Records compilation from Penrose, an imprint of Daptone Records.
