The Wonder Years
The Wonder Years are a pop punk band from Lansdale, United States, active since 2005. They are also associated with easycore, emo, emo pop and melodic hardcore, and are identified as a US emo act. The line-up includes Matt Brasch, Dan Campbell, Casey Cavaliere, Mike Kennedy, Josh Martin and Nick Steinborn.
Formation and name
The band forms in June 2005. Their name comes from a paper read by lead vocalist Dan Campbell, written by his after-school education teacher and titled The Wonder Years.
Releases
The Wonder Years release six full-length albums, two EPs and several splits and compilations. Their studio albums are Get Stoked on It!, The Upsides, Suburbia I’ve Given You All and Now I’m Nothing, The Greatest Generation, No Closer to Heaven, Sister Cities and The Hum Goes On Forever. They also issue the compilation Sleeping on Trash: A Collection of Songs Recorded 2005-2010.
