The Valkarys are a four-piece unsigned band from Edinburgh, active since 2006. Their music draws on psychedelic rock and neo-psychedelia, and also takes in influences from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. The group’s sound is described as unusual and quirky while remaining balanced.

Their stated influences include the Beatles, Oasis and the Verve.
