The Upbeats are a drum and bass duo from Wellington, New Zealand. The group consists of Jeremy Glenn and Dylan Jones and has been active since 2000. Their music is associated with drum and bass and electronic music, and they are also tagged with breakbeat and neurofunk.

They first gain wider international attention with Slit and Fill Me In, which are released on BC Presents. Before that, they already have a local following in New Zealand, with 12-inch singles issued on local labels and a full album released on CD in the same year. After those early records, they continue to release material on established drum and bass labels including Virus, Project 51 and Human. Their releases also appear on Non Vogue.
