The Truth
The Truth is an Australian rock band from Melbourne, active from 1993 to 1997. The group consists of Nicky Bomba, Michael Caruana, Tony Kopa, Geoff Wells and Mick Girasole.
The name is used by several unrelated acts, but this Melbourne group is identified as a hardcore, new wave, mod revival, mod and rock outfit. A Sydney-based funk/rock band with the same name is separately noted for its early-to-mid-1990s activity and for the song “My Heavy Friend”.
