The Threat

The name The Threat refers to several different bands. One version is a post-punk group from Dublin, Ireland, made up of Maurice Foley on guitar and vocals, Larry Murphy on bass, and Paul “Mono” Monahan on drums. That lineup plays only three gigs and releases one single, Lullaby in C/High Cost of Living. After the group splits, Murphy and Monahan go on to form Chant! Chant! Chant!.
