The Society
The Society is a Danish jazz group led by Thomas Hass Christiensen, a composer, arranger and saxophonist who also tours with the Senor Coconut ensemble. The project takes shape through his collaboration with producer Tommy Gee, also known as Tommy P. Gregersen. The group is based in Denmark and includes Tommy P. Gregersen and Thomas Hass.
Style and sound
The Society works within jazz and draws on soulful influences, including house and hip hop. Their sound is described as future jazz, combining those elements into a distinctive style.
