The Skeptics

The Skeptics are a United States ska group. The line-up listed for the band includes Anthony DiSanto on guitar and vocals, Robbie Kapitzky on guitar and vocals, Bryce Dooley on drums, and Kevin Vance on bass. The group disbands after a final show at Pearl Street in Northampton, Massachusetts, and most of the members go on to form Us Against the Archers.

Later releases

After the original run, The Skeptics continue as a trio and release a single titled You Make Me Sick. In 2012 they issue File Under Fuzz Punk, a fourteen-track album that combines songs from early singles with six unreleased tracks. This is followed in 2013 by a split 7-inch with Lady Banana, a split cassette with White Ass, and the album Black, Lonely and Blue.

Other notes

Another band called The Skeptics originates in La Rochelle in southern France. The group is also distinguished from the New Zealand band of the same name, the Oklahoma garage band active in the 1960s, and the Frederick, Maryland punk band from the 1980s.
