The Sirens is a group from Detroit, United States. The name is used by at least two different acts: one is a neo-glam rock band from Detroit, and the other is a music collaboration of three female metal singers.

Detroit neo-glam rock band

The Detroit band has a changing line-up, with Muffy Kroha on lead vocals; Michelle Lannoo on bass and vocals; Melody Licious on lead guitar and vocals; Aran Ruth on guitar and vocals; and Deanne Iovan on drums, vocals and occasionally bass. Regular contributors include Dave Malosh on bass, drums, guitar and vocals; Leann Banks on bass and vocals; and Miguel Oria on guitar and vocals.

Other musicians associated with the band include founder Nancy Barr on lead guitar; Amy Surdu on lead guitar and vocals; Mick Collins on lead guitar; Leslie Paterra on guitar; Hub Cap Kelly Argyle on saxophone; Eugene Strobe on drums; The Modfather on keyboards; and Terry Velour on backing vocals.

Metal collaboration

Another act using the name brings together Anneke van Giersbergen, known for The Gathering; Liv Kristine Espenaes Krull, known for Leaves' Eyes and Theatre Of Tragedy; and Kari Rueslåtten, known for The 3rd And The Mortal.

This collaboration is described as a live project appearing at venues and festivals.
