The Sanity Days is a heavy metal group active from 2011 and led by singer and songwriter Steve Grimmett. The line-up includes Steve Grimmett, Steve Grice, Alan Jordan and Jase Stallard.

The band releases music through Candlelight Records. Its debut album, Evil Beyond Belief, appears in 2015.
