The Sanctions

The Sanctions are a United States garage rock and indie group associated with 1960s-style rock. They begin as a high school band formed by Sean Gustafson, Sophia Martin and Nathan Cook, who find each other through social media and start making music in Sophia’s garage. Sedona Hernandez later joins as vocalist after the group auditions singers, and the band’s line-up also includes Thaddeus James Lowe.

The Sanctions perform at local theatres, nightclubs and bars in the Sonoma County area. The group is described as a 1960s band from Los Angeles.
