The Samuel Jackson Five are a post-rock and progressive rock group from Oslo, Norway. Their sound draws on rock as well as folk, indie, math, hardcore, jazz, kraut and prog rock influences.

Members

The group is listed with Ghost Karaoke as a member, and the band’s line-up includes Thomas Kaldhol on guitar and bass, Sven Andréen on drums, percussion and electronics, Sigmund Bade on bass, keys, guitars and percussion, and Thomas Meidell on guitar, keys, electronics and percussion.

Releases

The Samuel Jackson Five release five albums: Same Same But Different, Easily Misunderstood, Goodbye Melody Mountain, The Samuel Jackson Five and Seasons In The Hum. A 4 x 12-inch vinyl box set collecting the first three albums is also issued.
