The Modules
The Modules begin in 1999 as a collaboration between brothers Corey and Andee Dahlen. The pair swap roles between guitar and drums, while a rotating line of bass players comes and goes over time. The group records music under the name The Modules and remains a low-profile project with only occasional live activity.
Recordings
The Modules release Modular Forms and play a show at the Wash 'n Slosh in 2003, where the album appears at the event. The record comes out in several colour variants, including green, brown, pink/red, blue and grey. The band then plays a small number of shows over the following two years.
They later release 10 to 1, it's a dame or a drink., which is limited to 18 copies. After both albums sell out, the two releases are reissued together on one disc. The band also records The Foghorn, which remains unreleased.
Albums by the group are difficult to find, reflecting the limited and irregular nature of the project.
