The Mill

The Mill is a Philadelphia-based music act associated with east coast hip hop, gangsta rap, hip hop and trap. It is led by Naam Brigade, who is born in 1987.

The project begins in 2003 as a school project at RML in Stockholm. Tina Widebäck wants to see how her music grows in a band, so she asks four classmates to join her. The group continues after the project proves successful and keeps playing together.

The act first uses the name Milfoil, but changes it before the first record album because people in Sweden have difficulty pronouncing it. Its debut album, Serenity Now!, is released in 2007.
