The Jinks are a West London house and electronic production duo made up of Bad Zuke and Chris Gau. They are known for DJ sets and for producing a form of soulful house with a funk-influenced edge. Their sound is described as drawing on influences such as MAW, Alix Alvarez, Parliament, Liquid People, Bugz In The Attic and Lady Alma.

Career

The duo is associated with dance, electro house and house music. They build on a background of playing DJ sets before moving into production. Their first major single is Love Like This, which appears on Mn2S Records and reaches number 2 in the dance charts. The group is also described as having a long-running presence on the London club scene through their DJ work.
