The Hussy
The Hussy is a garage punk, trash pop and power pop group from Madison, Wisconsin, active since 2008. The band is a two-piece trash band made up of Bobby Hussy and Heather Sawyer, who perform as a guitar-and-drums duo and both sing. The group’s songs and recordings are described as highly prolific, with more than 100 unique songs written, recorded and released since the band forms in the summer of 2008.

Both members are active in the Madison and wider Midwest garage scenes. Bobby Hussy also plays guitar and records for Fire Retarded, plays synth, guitar and sings in TIT with Shawn Foree of Digital Leather, and records solo synth pop as Cave Curse. Heather Hussy also plays drums and sings in Proud Parents, a pop garage outfit.
