The Howlers

The Howlers are a psychobilly band from Los Angeles, active from 2003 to 2015. They form out of the remains of the S.G.V. punk rock band Anti-Affect, and they develop a local reputation within their first year of playing live.

Line-up

The group includes Eli Misery on vocals, J on lead guitar and backing vocals, Peter Panic on slap bass, Jared on guitar and backing vocals, and Vince on drums.

Live activity and associations

The Howlers play with acts including Nekromantix, Mad Sin, Rezurex, Coffin Draggers, Klingonz, Calavera and Demented Are Go. Their style is associated with psychobilly, with the wider tagging also linking them to punk, punkabilly and indie rock.
