The Furious Horde

The Furious Horde are a dark symphonic metal band from Essex, England, formed in 2003. Their early releases include a first demo recorded in 2004, a track for the Shards compilation in 2005, and a further contribution to the Scratch the Surface compilation in 2006.

Releases and recording history

The band begins work on its first album, World Aghast, at the end of 2005. The record is initially planned for release in 2006, but after most of it is recorded the studio changes to Jigga Jam Studios and the band decides to re-record the tracks. A CD-R EP titled World Aghast 06 contains the earlier versions, while the fully re-recorded World Aghast appears in 2007 as a limited release of 100 copies.

In 2011 the band returns with the EP Instigation. Their discography also includes the 2004 demo and the compilation appearances noted above.
