The Fresh & Onlys are a garage rock group from San Francisco, United States, active since 2008. The band is made up of Tim Cohen, Kyle Gibson, Wymond Miles and Shayde Sartin.

They are associated with garage pop, garage rock, psychedelic rock, psychedelic and garage punk, and their music is described as drawing on hallucinatory guitar-driven rock, with eerie backing vocals, simple chord progressions, keyboards and restrained drumming. Their sound is also linked to earlier San Francisco psychedelic traditions.

The group releases music on Castleface, Dirty Knobby Records and Woodsist. They also open for and tour with other acts, including Thee Oh Sees, and have opened for Rodriguez.
