The Flex are a hardcore band from Leeds, United Kingdom. They work within hardcore punk and UKHC and are part of the British punk scene.

Discography

Their recorded output begins with the Demo in 2012. In 2013 they issue several releases under the Flexual Healing title, including Vol. 1, Scum On The Run 7", Vol. 2: In the Doghouse (Live at Mongrel Fest) and Vol. 3: T.H.E.F.L.E.X.. Later releases include Wild Stabs In The Dark LP in 2014, Flexual Healing Vol. 4: Live at LS4 HQ and Vol. 5: Do ya think I'm Flexi? in 2015, Don't Bother With The Outside World in 2015, Flexual Healing Vol. 6: Live from the Paincave in 2016, Flexual Healing Vol. 7: Perhaps the War is Over? Perhaps it's Peace? in 2018, and Chewing Gum for the Ears LP in 2022.
