The Flatliners

The Flatliners are a Canadian punk band from Richmond Hill, Canada, active since 2002. The group also has links to Brampton, Ontario, and develops within the Toronto punk and ska scene and the wider Greater Toronto Area. Their sound sits within punk, punk rock, ska punk and skate punk.

The band’s line-up consists of Scott Brigham, Chris Cresswell, Jon Darbey and Paul Ramirez. They are signed to Fat Wreck Chords and also Stomp Records in Canada. Their releases include the third LP Cavalcade, and they receive an annual “Best Band Ever” award from the Edmonton Vinyl Blog DigitalIsDead. Cavalcade is also named a front runner for that publication’s “Record Of The Year” award for 2010.

The Flatliners are described as being influenced in the Toronto punk and ska scene and are associated with the Canadian punk tradition.
