The Draymin
The Draymin are an indie rock group from Rosyth, United Kingdom, with roots in Fife, Scotland. The band consists of Fraz, Craig, Gec, Gaz and Cal. Their music is influenced by bands including The Verve, The Stone Roses and Kasabian, alongside other alternative rock acts.
Releases
The group releases music independently through digital download stores and on CD through its merchandise shop. Its releases include the Pushing Boundaries EP and the 2point1 EP, which it issues in 2009.
Live activity and recording
The Draymin play a launch show for the 2point1 EP in Dunfermline to a sold-out crowd of 850. The band also appears at T in the Park in 2007, SXSW in 2007, Rockness in 2008, Wickerman in 2008, Belladrum in 2008 and In the City in 2008. In addition, it takes part in sessions for Vic Galloway’s BBC Radio 1 show and Jim Gellatly’s XFM Scotland show, and records at EMI Publishing Studios in London.
