The Dictators NYC is a band formed in 2013, when the group previously known as Manitoba adopts its current name. The line-up includes Handsome Dick Manitoba, Ross The Boss, JP “Thunderbolt” Patterson, Daniel Rey and Dean Rispler.

The band forms in 2011 under the name Manitoba, with Handsome Dick Manitoba, Ross The Boss and JP “Thunderbolt” Patterson all having previously been members of The Dictators. The group performs live dates before taking the name The Dictators NYC in May 2013.
