The Deadline Shakes

The Deadline Shakes are a band from Glasgow, Scotland, active since 2012. They emerge with debut single “Sweeten The Deal”, which gains wide radio support and features on Steve Lamacq’s 6 Music show and Jim Gellatly’s In Demand programme. Vic Galloway selects them as one of his Breakout Bands on Radio Scotland, and Artrocker also features the band.

Their follow-up free single, “Don’t You Be Too Cool”, also attracts support, including from Tom Robinson on 6 Music. The band also appears in several “ones to watch” lists for 2013, including Vic Galloway’s bands to look out for that year.
