The Danger Is is the working title used by Irish musician Niamh Farrell for her solo work. She writes music in an indie pop style, with songs that combine confessional lyrics, humour and heartache, and that move between instrumental build-ups and quieter, intimate passages.

Farrell has been writing music for years and records under this name after a period of experimentation and self-doubt. Under the The Danger Is title, she has recorded a four-track EP.
