The Bureau De Change
The Bureau De Change is a digital hardcore and noise duo made up of Fidel Villeneuve and Brian Hiroshima, both previously recording artists on DHR. The group releases two albums on Canada’s D-Trash Records: The Future Of Boyboys and Global Village Idiots. Its music combines lo-fi junglist noise pop, cartoon funk-hop and breakbeat-driven rock’n’roll, alongside wrongbeat and breakcore elements. The duo splits in 2003.
