The Barracks

The Barracks are a punk band from Hastings and Eastbourne on the south coast of England. The group forms in late 2009 and consists of Luke and Scott on vocals and guitar, Mark on bass, and Ryan on drums.

The band quickly develops a shared aim around loud, energetic punk rock and begins writing songs and playing gigs. Unable to afford a full-length recording at first, they release a six-track EP in spring 2010, titled In Sping, which brings them an audience and some recognition. A second EP is planned for early 2011, followed by a full album later that year.
