The Americas

The Americas is a group from the West Midlands. The name has been used by at least two different acts. One is an indie rock duo formed in 2000 by Travis Wuerthner, who plays vocals and guitar, and Casey Deitz, who plays drums. Deitz is also a member of The Velvet Teen. Another act using the same name is an instrumental world music group.
