Tessa Rose Jackson

Tessa Rose Jackson is a Dutch singer-songwriter, arranger, producer and multi-instrumentalist from the Netherlands. She works in folk and related indie styles, and is based in Amsterdam and London.

Career

She begins releasing singles in 2012 and follows with a full-length album, (Songs From) The Sandbox, in 2013. Another single, The Pretender, appears in 2015. From 2017 onwards, she uses the moniker Someone for her indie pop and psych-pop writing, while keeping her own name for collaborations and guest appearances on other artists’ records.

Collaborations and aliases

Under her own name, she features on releases by Christian Reindl and Feiertag. In 2023 and 2024, she starts issuing singles again as Tessa Rose Jackson, after a period of using the Someone name for her solo songwriting.
