Teen Mortgage is a two-piece band from Washington, D.C., United States. It plays in the punk and garage rock area, with garage punk, hardcore punk, post-punk and desert rock also listed among its genres, alongside surf punk and punk rock.

The group consists of guitarist and vocalist James Guile and drummer Edward Barakauskas. Its line-up is built around this duo format, with Guile handling guitar and lead vocals and Barakauskas on drums.

Teen Mortgage is known for a raw garage-punk sound and has built recognition in the Washington, D.C. area. It has also supported acts including Alkaline Trio and The Chats.
