Tear

Tear is a name used by at least three different acts: a project by Zdenek Vovesny, a solo rock artist from Moline, Illinois, and a Japanese punk rock band. The name also appears in connection with electronic body music, rock, gothic and electro, as well as Czech music.

Under the TEAR project, he focuses on combining digitally processed sound with a more formally structured approach to composition. The project’s first official release is Clear Message, issued on Men On The Edge.

Solo artist from Moline, Illinois

Tear is also a solo rock artist from Moline, Illinois. This project releases singles including Ween, a set of Ween covers, and Strawberry. The first live performance takes place at the Green Couch House in Chillicothe, Illinois.
