Taylor

Taylor are a New Zealand rock band from Wellington active from 1971 to 1973. The group comprises Clinton Brown, Steve McDonald, Keith Norris and Rick White. It forms in 1971 and works for about two years, during which it records a rare album.

History

The band draws on members with professional experience from different backgrounds. Its lineup includes Brown on bass guitar, McDonald on keyboards and vocals, Norris on drums and percussion, and White on rhythm guitar. A fifth musician, Kevin Bayley, is also listed on lead guitar in one account of the band.

Taylor operates as a rock group in Wellington, New Zealand, and is associated with the early 1970s New Zealand music scene.
