Tape Five is a German group based in Essen. It works as a multinational formation and makes music that combines electro, electro swing, jazz, latin, swing, bossa, chillout and retro elements.

Releases

The group releases include Swingfood Mood in 2006 on MusicMail Tonträger, Bossa for a Coup in 2007 on ChinChin Records, and Swingfood Mood in a second edition in 2008 with EMI distribution.

Compilation appearances

Tape Five also appears on a number of compilations, including Café del Mar, Campari Lounge, Cigar Lounge, RAM Cafe, Tokyo Cruise, Jazz Lounge, Claude Challe Select, Private Beach Club and Bar Tunes.
