Syren City is a Bristol-based quintet playing post-hardcore and alternative rock. Their sound draws on influences from Lostprophets, Alexisonfire, Jimmy Eat World and Kids in Glass Houses, while also incorporating elements associated with The Strokes and Arctic Monkeys.

The band builds a profile in the Bristol gig scene, where they play alongside acts including Attack Attack (UK), Cars on Fire, Young Legionnaire, Max Raptor, We Start Partys and Kill Cassidy. They also share bills with Futures, Blitz Kids and Hello Monroe.
