Sync24

Sync24 is the solo project of Daniel Segerstad, also known as Daniel Ringström, from Sweden. It is associated with ambient house and sits alongside his work in Carbon Based Lifeforms, which remains his main focus.

Background and development

Segerstad begins experimenting with tape recorders and simple music players on the Commodore 64, then gradually develops his equipment and production methods. The project grows out of personal ideas and late-night sessions made without input from others.
