Supenik

Supenik are a fuzzed-up garage rock four-piece from Devon, England, in the United Kingdom. The group play rock with a garage and alt-rock edge, and are also tagged as rawk.

Releases

They release their debut album, Riff Power Revolution, in 2005 as a DIY release. A second album, ECON, follows in 2008. The band also issues a split 7-inch single with Sludgefeast on the Must Destroy offshoot label Collector Scum.

Live activity

Supenik complete three tours of the Netherlands and play extensively across the UK. They gig with acts including Electric Eel Shock, Sludgefeast, Truckfighters, Brant Bjork, Clams and Winnebago Deal.

Reception

Rough Trade describes their version of Sludgefeast material, alongside one of their own songs, as distorted garage music that is raw and ready to punch you in the face.
