Sunil Sharpe

Sunil Sharpe is an Irish DJ and producer from Dublin, associated with techno and industrial techno. He builds his reputation in the underground club circuit through quick mixing and fast-paced sets, first developing his turntable skills at the end of the 1990s and beginning club performances in late 2000. By 2001, he appears at Berlin’s Tresor Club, and he continues to play regularly at clubs across Ireland and in parts of Europe.

Production and releases

Sharpe shifts increasing attention to his own productions and records for a range of labels, including Black Sun Records, Komisch, Labrynth, Tonewrecker, Bastardo Electrico and Mantrap. On Komisch he records as Tricaustic with Jon Hussey. He is also the first signing to Blawan and Pariah’s Works The Long Nights imprint.
