Stuzha
Stuzha is a dark ambient project built around field recordings from the Siberian wilderness. The name means “severe cold” in Russian, and the project works with winter-themed sound material within ambient and dark ambient styles.
Releases
Stuzha has three albums: Siberian Sketches (Part I), Butugichag, and Siberian Sketches (Part II). Siberian Sketches (Part I) first appears in 2011 and is later reissued in different versions, including a remastered edition from 2016. Butugichag follows in 2014, and Siberian Sketches (Part II) appears in 2017.
Artist
Daniel Kazantsev is behind Stuzha, and he also runs the space-oriented dark ambient project Algol.
