Stride

Stride is a progressive metal band from the United States. The group’s line-up includes Joel Gregoire on guitars, Matt Kanzler on drums, Rick Flores on keyboards, Mike Martin on bass and Gary Belin on vocals. Gregoire is described as a versatile guitarist and as having performed with Steve Vai on his Texas tour. The band’s music combines technical playing with melodic passages, rather than relying only on complex arrangements.
