Straight Shooter
Straight Shooter is a krautrock group from Düsseldorf, Germany, active from 1978 onwards. The band forms around ex-Streetmark singer and producer Georg Buschmann, and plays a late-1970s blend of krautrock and hard rock.
Recorded work
The group releases five albums and a number of singles between 1978 and early 1984. Its best-known songs are My Time - Your Time and Why, both of which appear on the 1980 album. Why later attracts attention because of an early lostwave mystery.

The wider line-up includes Günther Striepling on guitar and bass, Hans Plankert on keyboards and piano, Roland Haase on bass, Peter Kegler on drums and percussion, Friedhelm Misiejuk on drums, Peter Rabowski on guitar, Frank Kobe on guitar, Mark Wulf on bass, and Great Zeebee on drums.
