Stephanie Phillips is a banjo player from the outskirts of Portland, Oregon. She plays in folk music and has performed with several groups, including The Mississippi River Ramblers, The Grassy River String Band, Drowsy Ian, Greg Gossip, Snowy Britches, and The Sowanee River String Band. She also tours with Brian Whitson and the Night Wolves in Portland.

Her recordings include both solo material and collaborations with other musicians.
