State of Emergency is a Dutch hardcore techno duo from Hengelo, Netherlands. The group is active from 2008 to 2015 and consists of Maurice Daniluk and Tristan Oude Voshaar. Daniluk is also known as Osiris, while Oude Voshaar is also known as Kit Hype.

The act works in hardcore techno and related hardcore styles, including gabber, hardcore, and mainstyle hardcore. It is made up of two hardcore producers, Maurice Daniluk and Tristan Oude Voshaar.
