Stamina

Stamina is the name used by several different metal acts. One is a progressive metal project from Italy, associated with Philthy Records and linked to the website staminaband.com. Another is a progressive metal act from France, linked to stamina-metal.com. The name is also used in relation to the Finnish band Stam1na, which was called Stamina between 1996 and 2002.
