Spiritual Cramp is a post-punk and hardcore group from Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, active since 1994. The band forms around members of the group Creative Adult and brings together post-punk, ska and hardcore influences.

The group features Michael Bingham on vocals, Mike Fenton on bass, Jacob Breeze on lead guitar, Nate Punty on rhythm guitar, Julian Smith on drums and Jose on keyboards.
Releases
Spiritual Cramp releases a self-titled debut album in 2023, followed by the album Rude. Their songs and records centre on political frustration and personal vulnerability.
