Spinscott

Spinscott is a DJ, producer and drummer from Baltimore whose work sits in drum and bass and jungle. He has been active in the jungle and drum and bass scene since the mid 1990s.

Style and live approach

His productions focus on jungle rhythms, with some footwork influence and a strong emphasis on precise timing. As a DJ, he performs sets across the USA, mixing new original material with classic jungle and using live drum machine work rather than loops. He uses chopped breaks and samples to add a live percussion element to his sets.
