Speedboat

Speedboat is a UK indie pop and indie rock act associated with twee pop and rock. It first appears in 1996 with the debut single Satellite Girl, which is produced by Norman Blake of Teenage Fanclub and receives regional UK indie radio support. A follow-up single, Luv / A-T-O-M-I-C, appears in 1997 and gets UK college radio play as well as several spins on Radio One’s Evening Session.

The act’s debut album is released on Shoeshine and contains nine original tracks plus a cover of Elvis Presley’s Change of Habit.
