Son Mieux

Son Mieux is a Dutch pop band from Den Haag, Netherlands, active since 2015. The group is built around singer and songwriter Camiel Meiresonne and has seven members: Camiel Meiresonne, Maud Akkermans, Quinten Meiresonne, Olivier Lucas, Justin Schellekens, Timo Prins and Niels de Maa.

The band releases music in an indie pop and indie rock register, with songs that combine strong hooks and choruses with personal storytelling and an electronic undertone. Their early release is the EP Vice Versa from 2016.

Son Mieux’s debut album, Faire de Son Mieux, appears in 2019; the title is French for “your best”. The record contains ten pop songs. Their second album, The Mustard Seed, follows in 2021 and helps establish the band as one of the most popular Dutch groups of its period. Their third album, 24 Hours, follows in 2026.
